Another option is to stay in the center in the well-reviewed hotels and take tram nr. 17
From Staromestska or Pravnicka Fakulta stops to the stop Troja, about 20-30 ride depending on the daily rush hours traffic situation.

Prague is having one of the best public transport service in Europe with Metro, tram and bus service 24/7. So, in principle no need for taxi, but is also well served by Uber or Bolt, if you choose to stay outside of the city centre you should still find getting to the venue straightforward.
