Birmingham has a wide range of accommodation options and there should be something to suit every budget. (Note: we strongly recommend checking reviews of the city centre hotels before you book. This list was complied by looking at a map rather than through personal experience.)

We would be more than happy to offer a 15% discount on our best available flexible rate, at the time of the guest booking.
Please note this discount can only be booked directly with us and cannot be applied to existing bookings, via third party travel agents.
Guests will only need to contact us either by email address or by calling us directly at +441217263200 (Option 1 for reservations), and advise they will be attending the Video Game Cultures at Birmingham City University.
Book through the email address reservations.birmingham@claytonhotels.com or through the telephone number above and saying you will be attending the conference and the dates of the conference.

Getting around
Birmingham is well served by taxi and Uber, and has a variety of local railway stations, so if you choose to stay outside of the city centre you should still find getting to the venue straightforward. If you have specific accessibility requirements, theĀ Visit Birmingham Accessibility Information page may be of use.
